If you have bought something from us we will have your email address, phone number and address. If you choose to deliver items to a third-party (such as a friend) we will have their name and address. This information is only used to help us deliver the parcels and contact you.

We also maintain an order history of your purchases. This allows you and us to track your deliveries and review your past purchases.

The only company outside of ours that will see your information is the Australia Post or the courier company that we use to deliver your order. The only information that we disclose to them is your name and address. We do not pass any of your details to any other companies whatsoever.

Our online shop will allow you to receive an instant quote for your delivery, all you have to do is enter your postcode and you will receive an instant price for shipping before you even add your item to your cart. (These prices may vary.)
  • We deliver to all capital cities and metro areas at a very competitive rate; it’s so easy to get a feel good bathroom deal! All you have to do to get your instant delivery quote is start shopping, enter your delivery postcode and the page will update with your delivery fee for that item, you can review it and add it to cart to proceed to checkout and then finalise your transaction. We also offer collection of your order from our warehouse in Hallam, so feel free to place an order for collection. Please keep mind only one postcode destination or pick up option can be selected per order. If you need to clear the settings please clear your cart and start your preferences again.
  • If you would like to receive a personalised quote for delivery of multiple items, all you have to do is ask us and our friendly staff will respond to your delivery request within 24 hours.
